Spanish La Liga: Rodrygo Goes wants to stay for life at Real Madrid.
Author of an excellent debut season at Real Madrid, Rodrygo Goes has again pronounced his future and has not ruled out the possibility of spending his entire career at Casa Blanca.

Recruited this summer for €45M, Rodrygo Goes was little used at the beginning of the season. The Brazilian had played only one game with the first team on September 25 against Osasuna in a 2-0 win for Real Madrid. It was a match in which he was able to play a decisive role by scoring a goal two minutes after his entry into the game. Rodrygo then played four consecutive games and scored points in all the games, including an early goal against Leganes at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

Now, he gradually makes a name at Real Madrid and asserts his place within the workforce of Zinedine Zidane. Since his arrival, the 18-year-old has scored five goals, including a resounding hat-trick in the Champions League game against Galatasaray in early November. The performances have allowed Rodrygo, who has not yet worn the senior Canarinho (The Little Canary) jersey, to be selected by Brazil’s head coach Tite to represent the Selecao in two international games against Argentina and South Korea.

Tite was full of praise for the youngster: "When you see him playing, he looks like a 25- to 26-year-old. His maturity and calm are impressive. He reads the game as an experienced player."

Asked about his debut at Real Madrid, the number 27 Merengue said he was thrilled with the Merengue team and could not have asked for a better start: "I am very happy with my arrival at Real Madrid. It could not have been better. Everything went well. Even faster than expected, and I hope to continue like this. I practically did not need to adapt because the Brazilians had already given me all the attention you need when you go to another country. And Madrid...I love Madrid! The climate, the lifestyle, it reminds me of São Paulo ... If I can, I will stay at Real Madrid all my life," said the Brazilian in remarks reported by As.

Alongside his 19-year-old countrymen Vinicius Junior, the two promises so much potential that Real Madrid has invested no less than €90 million in both players.
